1. Concentration with proper Eye Contact
2. Concentration with proper Body language
3. Avoid distracting actions or gestures
4. Ask questions on doubts
5. Paraphrase
6. Avoid interpreting speaker
7. Do not overtake the teacher/coacher
8. Put the speaker at ease
9. Listen patiently
