Chocolate Biscuits

A simple recipe cum a project for yourself to make chocoalte biscuits which experiments the theory:

" Although water goes through phase changes, it is always water. The chemical make-up of water does not change whether it is solid, liquid or a gas."
Steps
  1. When chocolate is heated, it melts and becomes liquid. When it cools, it becomes solid again. Break some chocolate into pieces and put them in a heat-proof bowl. Put the bowl into a saucepan one third filled with water.
  2. Put the sacepan on a low heat and stirthe chocolate until it melts.
  3. Pour melted chocolate onto some biscuits.
  4. leave them to cool and the chocolate will become solid.
So Kids, Try out to check if theory works....
