Chocolate Biscuits
A simple recipe cum a project for yourself to make chocoalte biscuits which experiments the theory:
" Although water goes through phase changes, it is always water. The chemical make-up of water does not change whether it is solid, liquid or a gas."Steps
- When chocolate is heated, it melts and becomes liquid. When it cools, it becomes solid again. Break some chocolate into pieces and put them in a heat-proof bowl. Put the bowl into a saucepan one third filled with water.
- Put the sacepan on a low heat and stirthe chocolate until it melts.
- Pour melted chocolate onto some biscuits.
- leave them to cool and the chocolate will become solid.
